This mech connection kit is made from 0.5mm thick half hard beryllium copper sheet giving great conductivity and good springiness.
These kits come in 2 sizes and are either unplated or silver plated.
The positive strip is 16mm wide and 100mm long in the short kit / 125mm long on the long kit.
The negative strip is 16mm wide and 50mm long in the short kit / 75mm long on the long kit and has a 10mm hole at one end and a 12mm hole at the other making it fit most 510 connectors on the market. Simply cut the end off that you don't need
We also have an optional Connection Dimple Punch Tool which can be used to bash a dimple where you want your strip to connect with your battery. Simply place your strip on a piece of soft wood, hold the tool in place and whack it with a hammer. Easy as that.
